Student Mobility Program 2022 - I

Student Mobility Program 2022-I

  1. Check out if you fulfill with all the requirements before starting your application and verify the deadline (after the deadline there will be no option to apply).
  2. Check out the list of Universities available in order to do your mobility, according to your career. Remember that you can choose up to three (3) universities in order of priority. (if there is no spot available in your first priority, we will offer you the second priority and so on).
  3. Remember that the selection of the University should be based on your academic purposes (We expect you to be enrolled full-time, which means you must take a minimum of 16 UTEC credits), which will be charged according to your scale of payments in UTEC and recognized upon your return, once we have received the official transcript of records. Therefore, talk to your Academic Director to receive the corresponding academic advice.

In case of receiving a scholarship or receiving any financial aid to pursue your studies at UTEC, you must notify the financial institution of your mobility and take a minimum of 20 credits abroad or whatever your scholarship indicates.

  4. Remember that you must upload all the requested documents without exception at the latest on the date and time established in the call (If you are applying to a University in France or Brazil you must, additionally, attach your intermediate level certificate of French or Portuguese language, or a proof that you are currently studying it).
  5. Once you have completed and uploaded your online application, you have to wait for the selection process instructions. (you will have a psycho-pedagogical evaluation and an in-person or online interview).

*All the communication will be by e-mail.

- Applicants must be current students at UTEC during all the process.

- You must have approved at least 100 credits at UTEC.
